What you do with us * You take over projects independently -- from the first customer workshop through architecture and implementation to go-live and operation. * You sit directly at the table with the customer. With us, every developer is also a consultant. We love AI tooling. Claude Code, Cursor, Agents, MCP -- these are daily drivers for us, not experiments. We expect that you master these tools -- and not the other way around. You know when the agent is right, when it hallucinates and when it has just processed your database migration into goulash with full confidence. In short: Whoever prompts <<make it work, no bugs pls>> and then deploys to prod is in the wrong place with us. Whoever uses AI to deliver software that is twice as clean in the same amount of time -- and yet still tests themselves, reads every diff and clicks through the solution themselves before it falls into the customer's lap -- is exactly right with us. What you bring * Several years of experience as a Fullstack Developer -- frontend, backend, database and everything in between. * Solid knowledge of modern web stacks (e.g. TypeScript, React/Angular, Java/Spring Boot or ) and relational databases. * Experience with cloud, containers and CI/CD. <<Runs locally for me>> is not a deployment concept. * An understanding of architecture, security and maintainability -- i.e., for everything that is missing in a prototype. * Fluency in AI tooling and a healthy distrust of the output. * Independence: You organize yourself, communicate proactively with customers and deliver. Without a nanny. * German fluent (our customers are Swiss), English good. Junior, but dangerously good? We keep the radar open for high potentials.
