This is what you will achieve Together with our internal stakeholders, you analyze user requirements and develop tailor-made solution approaches. In close cooperation with the specialist department, you develop sustainable software adaptations on our core banking system Avaloq and thereby inspire our employees outside of IT. You actively participate in exciting and innovative implementation and further development projects and contribute significantly to the continuous evolution of our entire IT platform. You quickly take responsibility for entire, jointly to be defined subject areas and ensure their operation. This is what you bring with you You have an IT or banking specialist education, ideally supplemented by a university of applied sciences or university degree. You have knowledge of database concepts and are proficient in SQL. In specific banking subject areas, you have already been able to gain several years of experience in requirements engineering as well as in the further development of the Avaloq core system. Ideally, you already possess an ACCP certification in the area of Core Technology or are willing to acquire it. Concepts of agile software development are familiar to you. Experience in one or more of the areas Investing (e.g., securities settlement, trading) or Payment Transactions (e.g., settlement, reconciliation, card processing) or Message Processing (e.g., SWIFT) or Master Data/Compliance is an advantage. You are an independent, resilient and performance-oriented personality with high analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy dealing with other people as well as working in a team.
