At Visana, you not only help shape architecture and processes, but also actively shape collaboration within the team. Your tasks You lead a cross-functional software development team technically, personally, and organizationally. You work closely with Product Owners, architects, Scrum Masters, and specialist departments. You actively help shape the technical direction, architecture, and refactoring measures. You promote high code quality, clean code principles, as well as modern DevOps and CI/CD processes. You support your team through mentoring, feedback, and individual development. You ensure stable deployment and operating processes as well as transparent team management. Your profile You bring several years of experience in software development and ideally in leading development teams You have a sound understanding of software architecture, Clean Code, DevOps, and CI/CD You bring joy to developing people and shaping an open team culture Agile mindset as well as experience in working with Scrum teams Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented ways of working characterize you Very good communication skills and a confident appearance in exchange with various stakeholders You value personal exchange in the team and are willing to work regularly at least 2 days per week in our office in Bern.
