Within your team, you actively shape technical development and take on technical lead responsibility. You support your colleagues as a technical sparring partner with demanding issues and promote knowledge exchange within the team. Together with the other Lead Developers, you further develop architectural principles, technical standards, and best practices. In the Architecture Board, you work closely with the other Lead Developers as well as our Enterprise Architect and contribute your technical expertise. You implement demanding features and central services, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability. You support the team through code reviews, technical coaching, and contribute your experience in CI/CD, DevOps, and test automation to the continuous development of our development processes. Your skills Several years of experience in the software development of modern solutions, ideally in the telekom environment, with sound knowledge in the .NET environment and pleasure in implementing demanding technical solutions. Sound knowledge in the development of microservices, APIs (REST, Kafka or similar), and distributed systems. Experience with modern development and operating environments such as Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab or Jenkins) as well as monitoring and observability solutions (e.g., Prometheus or Grafana). Experience in agile development environments (Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban) and a good understanding of modern software engineering practices. Strong analytical skills as well as the competence to analyze complex technical issues in a structured manner and develop pragmatic solutions. Experience in taking on technical responsibility and helping to shape decisions without losing connection to active software development. Enjoyment of knowledge exchange, supporting team members, and the joint further development of technical solutions. Very good German skills as well as good English skills.
