The company PQM Consulting AG, based in Pfäffikon SZ, is a renowned IT company specializing in the field of quality assurance and quality management. The company offers its clients professional support to optimize their quality requirements and divides its key competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, as well as process management.

For an external client project in the greater Zurich region, we are looking from 01.11.2026 for an experienced and competent person for the position of application developer at an expert level (8-12 years of experience).

Main tasks:

• Development and operation of solutions based on ServiceNow (IRM, BCM, TPRM and process documentation).
• Development and operation of OpRisk applications; analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment
• Existing services are in production and are continually developed within an agile framework.

Requirements (content, methodology, technology):

• You must have knowledge of ServiceNow.
• GRC/IRM/BCM/TPRM modules are an advantage, but not mandatory.
• We are looking for a senior developer, not a user.
• Technical, analytical or scientific university degree
• Interest or affinity for risk management
• Team spirit with an agile mentality and communicative personality

Language skills: (oral / written)

• German: C2 - near-native knowledge
• English: C2 - near-native knowledge - Proficiency (CPE)

Presence on site approximately 60 % and approximately 40 % teleworking, teleworking is only authorized from Swiss airspace
