We are looking for a:

Android Developer / Android Engineer

Context:

Infomaniak is developing an ethical collaborative solution (kSuite) with a focus on quality, reliability, and user experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Join one of the teams in charge of the development and maintenance of several products and projects. Major innovations are in preparation, you will be called to:
• Work on the applications Swisstransfer, kDrive, Mail, Calendrier and much more
• Build, as a team, the future of hosting and collaborative tools at infomaniak.
• Develop new features for these products, as well as ensuring their maintenance and quality.
• Join a team of about 20 mobile developers to work on large-scale public projects that are entirely open source.

The profile that makes us vibrate:

• You are perfectly comfortable with Android, Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, KMP, etc.
• You are very conscientious and have an eye for detail
• User experience is at the center of your concerns
• You have experience on large-scale projects with issues of security, optimization, and modularity
• The quality of the code you write is paramount
• Security and performance are at the center of your concerns
• Exchange and code review are familiar to you
• You know how to leverage AI as a coding assistant to optimize your workflow, document your functions, and quickly explore new technical solutions, in a continuous improvement approach.
• 3 years of experience in Android development are necessary
• A good level of French will be necessary to facilitate your integration (communication within the team and the company in French)

A plus if you have knowledge in:

• Automation (CI/CD)
• XML
• Open source / Side project
• Open source contributions or side projects are appreciated
• Being a true Android addict
• You like working in a team and demonstrate positive communication
• Your humor, flexibility, and team spirit are indispensable assets for working in a fun environment

The position:
