Full Stack Engineer

Job Information ###### Work location: Kloten, Hybrid or Remote with flexible working hours Workload: Full-time Tasks: Develop features across the entire stack, from frontend to database, including deployments Build agents that independently perform multi-step processes: case review, correspondence, research Build LLM-supported functions: document extraction, case classification, automated correspondence, voice support Evaluate frontier models and open models such as Hermes, integrate them and self-host them on AWS Build prompt, eval, guardrail, and monitoring pipelines so that agents and outputs remain reliable Develop interfaces to payment service providers, owner data queries, and customer systems Your Profile: 3+ years of Full-Stack experience with TypeScript/React and Node or Python Practical experience in building agents: Tool Use / Function Calling, multi-step workflows, error handling Experience with LLM APIs, RAG, and evals in productive applications Experience with open models such as Hermes, Llama, Mistral, or Qwen, including fine-tuning or self-hosting Proficient with AWS, SQL, and CI/CD, with awareness of data protection and data security (revDSG, GDPR) Good English; German is an advantage Required Skills ###### • Deutsch • Englisch • Python • Machine Learning • AWS • React • JavaScript • SQL • Hermes • Node.js
