Our agile Product Team at AXA Switzerland is responsible for the development and operation of the AXA BrokerPortal. Our mission is to enable brokers to have simple and uncomplicated digital cooperation with AXA.

As part of our team, you will maintain the AXA BrokerPortal and develop innovative solutions oriented towards brokers. Another focus is also on the maintenance and further development of the EcoHub core processes and the associated interfaces for the automated data exchange with our brokers. This includes the operation of the existing DXP (Data Exchange Proxy) interfaces and the implementation of the Standard API Framework (SAF) based on Kafka.

In the area of Data, Technology & Innovation, around 600 software and system developers work throughout Switzerland and develop the technology of tomorrow in-house. In doing so, we also collaborate in global teams and networks.
We shape and integrate the latest tools, host hackathons and our agile product teams run self-organized and are independently responsible from A to Z.

What awaits you

• You will continuously maintain and further develop the AXA BrokerPortal as well as the central data exchange interfaces (DXP and the modern SAF)
• You will ensure stable operation and professional support for the AXA BrokerPortal and our DXP/SAF interfaces
• You will drive technological further development and the optimization of working methods
• You will work independently in a team and actively shape the further development of the team
• You will design and conceive innovative solutions to improve our processes and offers
• You will experiment with new approaches and provide prototypes to quickly test and implement ideas

What you bring with you

• You have experience with frontend development: React/Redux, CSS3 and TypeScript
• You have good knowledge of Java 25 and Springboot. Kotlin, MongoDB and Kafka know-how is an advantage
• You are familiar with CI/CD: Maven, ArgoCD, Helm and OpenShift
• Functional programming and microservices are familiar concepts to you
• You have a penchant for clean, high-quality solutions
• Team boundaries are not obstacles for you, but rather an incentive to learn more
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing are a requirement and good English skills are an advantage
