Our Integration Platforms & Solutions team ensures reliable, secure, and future-proof data exchange within SWICA as well as with external partners.

We are looking for an experienced and committed personality with a passion for integration, cloud technologies, and modern software architectures. In this role, you will develop and operate integration solutions based on MuleSoft and Azure and support the team with your many years of experience in implementing demanding integration projects.

You will work closely with architecture, development teams, infrastructure, security, and business departments and contribute your technical expertise to strategically important projects.

• Development and further development of integration solutions and APIs based on MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, and other modern integration technologies
• Analysis, design, and implementation of integration requirements together with business and IT departments
• Collaboration in complex integration projects from conception to production
• Advising project teams and stakeholders on integration and architecture issues
• Development of APIs, integration components, and, if necessary, individual extensions with Java
• Participation in the operation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of our integration platforms
• Support in ensuring stability, performance, security, and observability
• Collaboration in 3rd-level support as well as technical analysis and resolution of complex incidents
• Active co-creation of engineering standards, best practices, and automations
• Knowledge transfer within the team as well as support and coaching of colleagues

What distinguishes you ###

• Several years of professional experience as an Integration Engineer, Software Engineer, or Solution Engineer in complex enterprise environments
• Sound experience with integration platforms and iPaaS solutions, ideally with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform as well as Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event Grid etc.)
• Very good knowledge of API Design (REST, SOAP, Event-driven Architecture), Microservices, and modern integration architectures
• Good programming skills in Java or a comparable object-oriented language
• Several years of experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Security, Monitoring, Observability, and modern operating models
• Good SQL knowledge as well as experience with relational databases
• Strong initiative, analytical thinking skills, and a structured way of working
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning as well as the active further development of technologies, processes, and team know-how
• Higher education in computer science (HF, FH, Uni, or comparable)
