• IT - Software Engineering • Bern • Contracting • Full-time • 01.09.2026 - 28.02.2027 (with option for extension) • DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud Your tasks: • Responsibility for the operation, automation, and continuous further development of business-critical specialist applications • Planning and support of releases, deployments, changes, and migrations into productive operations • Further development of CI/CD pipelines as well as automation of operational and deployment processes • Participation in the migration of existing applications to the cloud and support of the technical implementation • Analysis of operational and functional requirements as well as derivation and coordination of suitable technical measures • Ensuring stable, secure, and highly available application operations within the framework of incident, problem, and change management • Taking on technical responsibility in projects as well as close cooperation with internal specialist departments, external partners, and providers   Your profile: • Completed higher education in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH) as well as several years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a comparable function • Sound experience in the operation of complex application landscapes and in the support of business-critical applications • Practical experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, automated deployments, as well as modern cloud technologies and cloud migrations • Good knowledge of application architectures, interfaces, operational processes, as well as the topics of monitoring, logging, security, and high availability • Experience in cooperation with external service providers, ideally supplemented by knowledge in provider and SLA management • Ability to coordinate technical requirements with different stakeholders and to coordinate their implementation in a goal-oriented manner • Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working as well as the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with complex technical environments • Proficient German language skills as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
