With leva+, we are digitalizing heavy load logistics and construction machinery rental - from order intake to planning to invoicing. Our leva+ tribe consists of approximately 12 people, about half of whom are in software development.

To strengthen our leva+ tribe in Wil, we are looking for an experienced and reliable person as a senior software engineer. You will work closely with our software architect, autonomously assume responsibility for implementation with other developers, and reliably lead technical topics to a successful conclusion.

Your main tasks:

Implementation & responsibility

• Taking on functional responsibility for a small implementation unit within the leva+ tribe and supporting one to two fellow developers in implementation
• Responsibility for sub-tasks - from design to careful completion
• Close collaboration with our software architect for the development of leva+
• Technical design and code reviews
• Coaching and professional support of colleagues

Development

• Development and maintenance of high-performance web applications, ideally with Angular
• Development of AI features (programming with a current focus on Claude)
• Working with REST APIs, Git, and a pragmatic development culture
• Participation in the new generation of leva+ software, which we are consistently building according to IDesign principles - with a volatility-based service architecture, designed for low modification costs and long-term maintainability

Your profile:

• You like taking on responsibilities and completing tasks reliably and qualitatively.
• You appreciate close on-site collaboration with your team and our software architect in Wil; teleworking is possible up to 50%, but personal exchange is important to us.
• You are able to work in a team, manage different opinions well, and understand success as a collective effort.
• You approach technical and methodological questions pragmatically, but a sustainable solution is important to you.
• You have several years of professional experience in web development, ideally with TypeScript/Angular (C#/.NET is an advantage).
• You have experience with testing (unit, integration, E2E) and performance optimization.
• You lead a development unit with an overview and sense of responsibility until the project's success.
• You possess excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
