What I will drive ##

• Responsibility for the architecture and strategic further development of our embedded software platform
• Evaluation of new technologies and definition of future-proof technology standards
• Ensuring high software quality through architecture governance, development guidelines, as well as modern testing and automation concepts
• Coordination of architectural requirements with customers, management, and development teams
• Documentation and communication of technical decisions within the organization
• Professional development and coaching of distributed development teams across multiple locations

What is required for this ##

• Degree in computer science, software engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in the development of embedded software and in the design of complex software architectures
• Sound knowledge of modern software engineering methods, ideally in the context of Zephyr RTOS
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high awareness of quality
• Convincing communication, moderation skills, and enjoyment in the professional leadership of distributed development teams
• Very good German and English skills
