What you can achieve

• Development across various application layers - from backend and web applications to the construction of a new mobile app
• End-to-end responsibility for assigned software solutions from conception through development to productive operation
• Development of secure messaging solutions with a focus on end-to-end encryption, data protection, and reliable, scalable communication
• Participation in the selection and evaluation of suitable technologies, frameworks, and development tools
• Close cooperation with specialist departments and stakeholders to develop a user-centered solution
• Conception, implementation, and optimization of new app features along the entire software lifecycle
• Implementation of modern CI/CD pipelines as well as automation of build, test, and release processes
• Ensuring high quality, security, and performance standards

What you bring with you

• Degree in computer science, vocational training as an Informatiker/in EFZ or comparable qualification as a career changer, as well as several years of professional experience in software development
• Sound knowledge in the conception and development of multi-tenant and scalable app architectures
• Experience in cross-platform development of apps with established and modern frameworks
• Competence in technical decisions, ensuring high software quality, and interdisciplinary cooperation
• Good knowledge of virtualization and container technologies, especially Kubernetes, is an advantage
• Team player with high initiative, conscientious way of working, and pleasure in shaping things
• Very good German skills; English skills (Level B2) are an advantage
• Military career as a senior non-commissioned officer or officer is an advantage
