As a Fullstack Java developer, you will work in a team that focuses on collaboration, mutual learning, and real empowerment. In the Data, Technology \& Innovation area, around 600 software and system developers work across Switzerland and develop the technology of tomorrow in-house. In doing so, we also collaborate in global teams and networks. We shape and integrate the latest tools, host hackathons, and our agile product teams run self-organized and are independently responsible from A to Z. What to expect Design and implementation of end-to-end solutions in the claims environment \- from requirements to productive release Participation in a self-organized, agile product team with real individual responsibility over the entire development process Active co-design of architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical standards Contributing your own ideas and constructively building on the solution approaches of others \- in the sense of our collaboration principles Maintaining an open, honest feedback culture and growing continuously together with the team Co-designing the AI transformation and active use of modern technologies in everyday development Networking in internal communities as well as participation in hackathons and innovation projects What you bring with you Collaborative, team-oriented way of working with pleasure in solving complex challenges together Strong willingness to learn and curiosity \- new technologies and changes are seen as an opportunity Clear, understandable communication of technical matters to different stakeholders Sound knowledge of Java as well as common frameworks such as Boot Confident design and implementation of REST APIs or Kafka integrations Experience in frontend development with modern frameworks such as React or Angular Know-how in cloud environments (OpenShift, Helm, Argo\-CD or GCP) as well as in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes Confident handling of relational databases and their connection with JPA/Hibernate What we offer you We are convinced: satisfied employees deliver the best performance.
