As Lead Frontend Developer, you steer the technical further development of the frontend of Together with our system architects, you define the frontend architecture. In addition, you ensure the know-how transfer within the developer team and assess new technologies. Furthermore, you are an active part of one of our shop teams and help develop new features for our customers.

• You are responsible for the technical further development and the software architecture of the frontend of
• As Lead Developer, you proactively share your knowledge and promote the professional development of the entire frontend team
• You actively participate in the design of our IT and software architecture, assess new technologies for their relevance, and prepare architecture decisions
• You actively develop new features for our customers in one of our agile development teams
• Technical excellence is a matter of course for you: You consistently implement testing, monitoring, and software engineering best practices
• You actively drive the use of AI tools in software development

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the conception and implementation of frontend solutions with or React, as well as with other web technologies
• A completed degree (FH, Uni, ETH), ideally in computer science
• Very good knowledge of one or more programming languages such as TypeScript, JavaScript, Java or C#
• Tangible passion for frontend engineering: You enjoy diving into different topics and always keep your knowledge up to date in areas such as SEO, Core Web Vitals, AI engineering, performance and user experience
• Strong interest in AI engineering: You contribute ideas on how we can profitably use AI technologies for our online shop
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (ideally based on GitHub Actions) is a plus
• Proficient German in speaking and writing as well as good English skills
