For our client, an established Swiss bank, Swisslinx is looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer. In this position, you will further develop a document management platform that supports sales and customer processes.

Job description:

• Development and further development of backend services with Java and Spring Boot.
• Implementation and maintenance of frontend applications with Angular and TypeScript.
• Development of interfaces for the integration of document processes into existing banking systems.
• Translation of functional requirements into reliable technical solutions.
• Ensuring software quality through automated tests, code reviews, and refactoring.
• Participation in deployment, monitoring, and error analysis in productive operation.
• Co-shaping technical further development and implementation of secure development practices.

About the customer:

The activity combines development with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular with the opportunity to help shape architectural decisions and accompany applications throughout their entire lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Several years of practical experience in software development as well as the ability to implement tasks independently at a senior level.
• Sound knowledge of Java and Spring Boot as well as experience with microservices and distributed applications.
• Practical experience with Angular and TypeScript.
• Confident handling of Linux and experience in analyzing application problems.
• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and persistence frameworks such as JPA or Hibernate.
• Experience with REST interfaces, JSON, XML, and automated tests.
• Understanding of application security and reliable production operation.
• Good communication skills and experience in collaborating with agile teams.
• German and English skills at least at B2 level.

Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, or SAFe is an advantage. Knowledge in the banking sector or in document management is also welcome.
