Tech Lead digital development (M/F)

Introduction ##

For our Information Systems division, we are looking for a Tech Lead digital development whose main mission will be to analyze the needs of our business departments and provide them with adapted technical solutions, while guaranteeing the quality, consistency, and sustainability of our developments within the Digital Factory.

Responsibilities ##

• Analyze business needs and propose adapted technical solutions
• Actively participate in developments
• Monitor, support, and validate developments carried out by external teams
• Assist project managers and product owners in their missions
• Maintain and evolve existing solutions.

Profile ##

• University degree in computer science or equivalent
• Confirmed experience of more than 6 years in software development
• Web/Java development, with good knowledge of AngularJS, Spring and Hibernate frameworks
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MongoDB is an asset)
• Good understanding of solution architectures (service-oriented, micro-services, cloud)
• Mastery of agile project management methods
• Mastery of French and English
• High autonomy in searching for solutions
• Rigor and sense of discretion
• Team spirit and good interpersonal skills.
