As a large, versatile training company, we train approximately 450 apprentices in 35 professions. Competent trainers will support you and allow you to acquire a solid basic vocational training with a strong practical focus. Through internal activities and training, we promote contact with other apprentices. Your training with us ## During the four-year basic vocational training to become a digital business developer CFC, you will optimize, digitize, and automate processes in various departments. You will work with business data and processes, analyze and optimize them in a team, and take on daily tasks. Basic knowledge is acquired during the basic year at the external ZLI. Afterwards, you will carry out rotations in the different departments of the IT services and specialized services throughout the city and participate in projects. Other tasks include: • * You are the interface between people, the economy, and technology and handle communication between specialized departments, IT, and external partners • * You support digital development, transformation, and innovation • * You take charge of and supervise sub-projects • * You write documentation and presentations and lead training/workshops • Your profile ## • * Secondary school level A or B with excellent results • * You are communicative and team-oriented and feel very comfortable in exchanges with others • * You have good skills in German and English (oral and written) • * You have an interest and enjoyment in technology • * You are a talented organizer and know how to manage and prioritize your time and tasks well • * You like to do research and work with figures and facts • What we offer ## • * Meet new people.
