With a modernized software landscape and plenty of heavy metal on site, we are creating double warehouse capacity and 50 percent more throughput on the same area. High deployment frequency. What you can achieve

• You design, implement, and are responsible for highly available, business-critical services based on the current version of C# and .NET.
• Your code is automatically tested after thorough reviews by your CI/CD pipeline and deployed into the production environment on Kubernetes/AWS.
• Your software moves big things: around 5-000 containers of 10 tons daily across the courtyards of Schweizerische Post.
• You establish uncompromising engineering practices at world-class level - from the testing strategy to observability to the deployment pipeline.
• You are part of a DevOps team and use tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk to proactively monitor, analyze, and continuously optimize stability and performance.
• You build deep domain knowledge and actively help sharpen functional requirements as a technical sparring partner for business analysts and clients.

What you bring with you

• You have a university degree in computer science as well as proven professional experience.
• You are highly proficient in software development with C# or Java and have experience in developing technically demanding and fail-safe systems.

• Problems such as long GC pauses, memory leaks, race conditions in production, or design decisions with far-reaching consequences awaken your ambition.

• You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and English. Any further national language is a plus.
