Together with seven dedicated, cross-functional product teams, you will work on scalable solutions in a complex distributed system.

• As part of the technology leadership team, you will jointly shape the strategic direction and technical vision of the entire engineering organization.

• can translate design patterns pragmatically from theory into practice and move confidently in distributed systems and different cloud environments
• bring a wealth of experience in dealing with legacy and migration strategies, for example with lift-and-shift, strangler, or parallel-run approaches
• understand concepts such as DDD, SCS, Clean Architecture, Event Mesh, SOLID, Feature Flags, or Dependency Injection as tools that you establish structurally in the organization, and at the same time bring a solid understanding of distributed systems and DevOps practices
• consider AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code as self-evident tools
• actively help shape and anchor agentic coding workflows in the engineering organization
• establish a structured architecture review process
• bring at least 10 years of experience in modern software development and have already gathered very solid experience in domain architecture
• speak German and English
