Personnel and technical management as well as creation and development of software teams operating on several international sites

Global responsibility for strategic software solutions and the architecture of SEB professional software platforms throughout the product life cycle

Definition, development and guarantee of a uniform software strategy, an engineering culture and modern development processes across sites and brands

Strategic planning and management of development projects (resources, deadlines, costs, quality) including build and version management as well as documentation

Evaluation and introduction of new technologies, methods and tools as well as initiation and implementation of continuous improvements

PROFILE:

Technical degree in software engineering or computer science

Several years of experience in software development of mechatronic systems at a senior level with strong management experience in an international environment as well as the willingness to travel internationally

Very good knowledge in relevant software areas (embedded, PC applications, distributed systems, web backend/frontend, mobile) as well as a deep understanding of mechanics/hardware, sensors, drive technology, regulation

Solid experience with modern development processes, UML, object-oriented programming, requirements and risk management (e.g. FMEA, fault tree analysis) as well as with tools such as Polarion

Fluent proficiency in German and English, spoken and written (minimum C1 level), combined with excellent communication and decision-making skills as well as a structured and fact-based working method
