YOUR MISSIONS ## • Software development: Development of innovative and efficient solutions for our demanding embedded software projects in an agile environment • Core technologies: Programming in C/C++ on microcontroller platforms (STM32) under the Keil RTX real-time operating system • Application life cycle: Active use and maintenance of our toolchain in Azure DevOps (task boards, Git repositories, build pipelines) • Requirements & design: Active elaboration of requirements as well as creation of solid concepts, specifications, and software design documents • Testing & tools: Carrying out software tests (including Hardware-in-the-Loop / HIL) as well as development of test and support tools (in C# or Python) for continuous quality improvement • Security & compliance: Implementation of our secure software development process to ensure safe software while complying with relevant standards (e.g., IEC 62443 and the new CRA regulation) • Collaboration: Close collaboration within an international and interdisciplinary team composed of experts in electronics, mechanics, and product management WHAT YOU BRING ## • Education: Completed technical training or continuing education (FH, university, ETH, HF) in computer science, electrical engineering, or systems technology • Experience: Several years of practical experience in software development for real-time embedded systems as well as in the implementation of communication protocols • Tech stack: Very good knowledge of C/C++ as well as solid practice in C# and Python • Fieldbus & IoT: Experience with industrial network protocols (BACnet, Modbus, CAN/CANopen, or MQTT) is an asset • Mindset: Enjoyment in analyzing complex problems and a keen awareness of quality for the continuous optimization of our solutions • Working method: You work autonomously, in a structured manner, and are an absolute team player • Languages: Good oral and written knowledge of German and English WHAT AWAITS YOU ## You will work in a dynamic environment with short decision-making processes and plenty of room for your own ideas.
