Do you want to help think through, shape, and successfully bring digital projects to their goal?
We are BIWAC Digital Solutions, a well-coordinated team of consulting, design, and development in the middle of Solothurn. For 30 years, we have been realizing websites, online shops, and individual web applications for companies, associations, and institutions.

We are looking for an experienced personality who combines technical competence with consulting and project responsibility. Depending on your strengths, your focus may lie more in project management or in development.

Your tasks
You accompany demanding projects from the initial idea to the introduction. In doing so, you work directly with our customers and our team and ensure clear decisions, reliable processes, and optimal results.

• Plan projects, tasks, and resources
• Advise customers and conduct workshops
• Concept and develop solutions and architectures
• Ensure quality, improve processes, and accompany developers

Your profile
You bring sound experience in the development of digital solutions, ideally from an agency. You work independently, think structurally, and take responsibility, also in direct customer contact.

• Experience in project management or interest in taking on this responsibility
• High AI competence and interest in optimizing our tools and processes
• Training in an ICT profession (HF, FH, or university)
• Several years of practical experience with PHP, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript
• Magento experience is an advantage
• German as a native language or C1 level and good English skills
