Java Lead Developer (m/w/d)

Technical leadership, coaching, and support of developer teams up to a size of 5 developers
Development of Java-based software projects (frontend/backend)
Advising customers in the area of software architectures, technical solution approaches, and project procedures
Close cooperation with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders
Application and promotion of agile methods (Scrum), best-practice approaches, Clean Code, and DevOps culture
Ensuring that the agreed quality and security standards are maintained
Responsible for architectural decisions as well as review and further development of existing system landscapes
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams as well as specialist departments on the customer side

Completed training as an IT specialist at the level of FZ/FA, HF, or Uni
Several years of experience in Java development (Spring, JPA, REST, etc.)
Good to very good knowledge in the frontend area with frameworks such as Angular or Bootstrap is an advantage
Profound experience in the conception and implementation of complex applications
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage
Confident appearance in customer contact in combination with high communication and consulting competence
Strong social competencies – team player who puts the WE in the foreground
Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English at a good level
Residence in Switzerland

As a Java Lead Developer, you will take on a central role in the technical implementation of demanding customer projects in the public sector. You combine excellent technical know-how with a pronounced, consulting-oriented mindset and convince at the interface between technology and customer.
