Software Engineer Tactical Communications

Tasks - Development and further development of applications in the field of Tactical Communications - Participation in the conception and implementation of modern software architectures - Development of cross-platform applications for Windows and Android - Close cooperation with System Engineering and Project Management - Planning, implementation and execution of software tests - Analysis and rectification of errors as well as continuous improvement of software quality - Participation in the creation of technical documentation - Active participation in interdisciplinary development projects

Requirements - Completed studies (FH/HF/ETH/Uni) in computer science or comparable technical training - Good knowledge of C++ - Experience with Windows and Android platform development - Experience with software architectures - Experience with modern development tools and processes (Git, CI/CD, build systems, automated tests) - Knowledge in the area of SIP, VoIP or communication protocols is an advantage - Experience in the development of modern user interfaces with Flutter (Dart) is an advantage - Python and Linux knowledge is an advantage - Analytical, structured and independent way of working - Good German and English skills in speaking and writing
