Your tasks

• Definition and further development of solution architectures and solution design for our CAFM software
• Further development of our CAFM solution from the backend to the database
• Connection and import of plan and CAD data (e.g. DWG/DXF) to the application
• Database development and optimization on Microsoft SQL Server
• Development of mobile apps for iOS and Android
• Conception and implementation of interfaces to BIM models in IFC format as well as other third-party systems (REST-APIs, ERP, Identity-Management)

Your profile

• Completed training in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH/Uni) or equivalent practical experience
• Sound knowledge in the use of AI across all phases of the Software Delivery Life Cycles
• At least 5 years of experience in development with .NET / C# (Core, Entity Framework)
• Experience in the development of mobile apps including publishing
• Proven experience in the definition of solution architectures (data modeling, interface concepts, scalability/maintainability)
• Ability to understand, question, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Willingness to share knowledge within the team (e.g. code reviews, sparring during technical decisions)
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
• Confident handling of Git and modern development processes
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing, good English skills
• Independent, structured way of working and enjoyment of working in a small team

Advantageous

• Experience with Microsoft Windows Server and IIS
• Experience with CAD formats and systems
• Knowledge of web frontend technologies
• Knowledge of Facility Management or real estate industry
