Your contribution

• Personally train and lead the Java developer team as an independent chapter
• Assist employees and accompany them on their professional path
• Plan personnel requirements and hire qualified people
• Guarantee the professional paths and continuous training of all employees and coordinate apprentice training with stakeholders
• Commission external providers and manage their performance

What distinguishes you

• University degree in computer science or equivalent training with several years of professional experience in software development
• Several years of experience in management roles in the software development sector as well as in the context of change processes with experienced employees
• Java knowledge sufficient to discuss in depth with the team regarding code quality, methods, and technology choice
• Experience with teams composed of qualified internal and external personnel, in the procurement of service performances as well as in the training of apprentices and the professional development of professionals
• Good active knowledge of a second official language

You will be responsible for a team of highly experienced Java developers and together you will form an independent chapter. Your task will be to guide these specialists, while they will bring their own skills and ideas. Together you will decide how to work and grow.
